This event was one for the books! The wedding reception for the Ting newlyweds was one of our largest projects coupled with the hugest time crunch. With only three months to execute, we locked down a design concept, shopping for supplies and creating all of the elements.

This was an intricate process to ensure that the Ting's were receiving our complete Kendra's Umbrella visual experience. Numerous meetings, mockups, and revisions went into designing the perfect environment for them to celebrate their union with all of their loved ones at a beautiful venue located in the heart of the city of New Haven, CT.

Our designer began by presenting a full package for the newlyweds, which was a custom suite that included acrylic invitations, envelopes, vellum sheets and bellybands, car magnets for transportation vehicles, wait here sign for the transportation pick up location, details card, acrylic signature drinks sign for bar, menu cards, large photobooth sign, acrylic reception room sign, RSVP card, acrylic seating chart, acrylic table numbers, thank you cards, beverage bottle labels, and an acrylic welcome sign, webpage, centerpieces for two rooms, a mantel piece, and minimalistic décor for both the women's and men's restrooms.

The newlyweds selected from the presented options. Within three weeks, their visual experience was a reality whereby 2 1/4 rooms, a vestibule, and hallway were transformed for a total of 135 guests to cheer and laugh the night away.
